So what do men love and appreciate about you as you get older? We spoke to several experts - all with more than their fair share of dating experience - we reveal all . . .

Your sexiest look

In your 20s Low-waisted jeans. "you can only really pull this off in your 20s so make the most of your snake bips," say Balfour.

30s "Jeans and a T-shirt", says Sam van rood, dating expert at gorgeous networks. "you may be a career-minded adult, but this look reminds us you can chill out and hang likeone of us, anytime."

40s "you know how to dress for occasions, such as weddings or dinner parties, with style and flair," says Balfour. "Also, you can pull off hats, which is a whole new discovery . . ."

You in the bedroom

In your 20s "Sex is more spontaneous with no emotional baggage," Say relationship coach Michael Myerscough. "In your 20s, things like mortgages, your biological clock, or being left on the shelf don't worry you yet, so you're up for new experiences in bed"

30s As women get older, they know how to flirt - not just a sideways glance but serious, sexy flirtng that makes men feel good about themselves and will, if you're good, lead to the bedroom," says Balfour

40s "An older woman once picked me up and couldn't get enough of me - I loved her brazen attitude." says van Rood. "It's true a woman's sex drive increases with age."

Your hottest body part

In your 20s a bit of chubbiness. "Girls in their 20s tend to carry a little puppy fat," says fitness consultant Josh Salzmann. "You think we want you stick thin but it's not true!"

30s your skin. "Your hedonistic days have passed and you now have a glow that makes you look super sexy," continues Salzmann.

40s your eyes. "The great thing about a woman's eyes is they never age," adds van Rood. "A gorgeous woman in her 40s still has the sparkle of a teenager."

What wins us over

In your 20s your curiosity. "Men love it that you seem genuinely impressed by our pointless knowledge," explains Myerscough. "The feeling that you're actually interested in our crap music is a massive turn on."

30s Your great taste in clothes. Says van Rood, "Thritysomethings are no longer into showing off loads of flesh, but just enough to be dead sexy. Sometimes less is more."

40s "Your ability to see through the worst first date," says Balfour. "A woman in her 40s knows a relationship can build over time."

What surprises us

In your 20s your romantic naivety. "it's refreshing to be with someone who falls in love in a week and believes it's forever," says Myerscough. "Seriousness hasn't taken over your spontaneity or enthusiasm for life."

30s "Your let's have fun' attitude," reveals van Rood. "Not all women in their 30s are desperate to have kids and marry - they're just as eager to party until dawn."

40s Your sense of adventure. "By 40, women have learnt not to worry so much," explains van Rood. "Whether is' being more daring in bed, or getting off alone on holiday, they the nerve to just go for it. Very sexy."
